About

I believe spaces have the power to uplift and transform us. I believe our environment has a direct impact on our mental, emotional and spiritual state. I believe there is honor in creating spaces that are wonderful and inspiring and can affect the way we feel as soon as we walk into a room. Breathing life into these spaces is the essence of what I do.

When I was younger, I constantly rearranged my room looking for new ways to make it feel fresh and organized. As I got older and started shaping my career, I knew I wanted to create environments that moved people, offering them what I longed for growing up: a personal sanctuary that felt intimate and inviting.

In the spring of 2006, I took my first interior design class. At that moment, my childhood playfulness, creativity and passionate attention to aesthetics fell into place and I understood design was my calling. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and began my professional career in the home building sector, designing model homes in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. Since then, I have followed my passion to the bustling metropolis of New York City, then full circle all the way back down to sunny San Diego, CA where I am thrilled to continue my work.

My bi-coastal experience has afforded me the privilege of working within a variety of spaces. From the sprawling ranch houses of California to the luxury high rises of NYC, good design is not dependent on square footage but maximizing the space in the most beautiful and efficient way.

When I am not designing, I teach yoga and love to reconnect with nature and the outdoors. My yoga practice has given me a deeper understanding of the human connection to our space and our environment. This relationship is unique to each of us and requires the authentic expression I infuse into all my designs.

If you are interested in working together, I would love to connect with you!
